one of the best purchases I've ever made, but is it supposed to move around by itself? I found it in the basement last night and no one I ask seems to know how it got there.

It was there in the garden again this morning. The chair weighs about 35kg and is much too big for someone to move around in the middle of the night without creating a fair amount of noise. Even I struggled to just pick it up.
Just what is going on here?
